I made this for DINNER this week!!! Yummmmm!
Use short grain or sushi rice for a creamiest ever version!!
3/4 cup rice
2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg beaten
raisins ( as much or little as you want, it's a very personal thing)
1 tablespoon butter
1tsp vanilla ( or try a fun extract like coconut or maple!!)
cook rice with water first then add in milk. After 20 minutes add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat until rich and creamy and rice is very tender!!!!
